Sky Blue Botanical Spirit
Sky Blue was born from a late night with a legendary green herbal spirit that sparked both conversation and imagination. We set out to honor that profile in our own way, blending fifty botanicals into something rich, bold, layered, and unforgettable. Its vivid color is drawn from the waters that have long been a part of our story, tying place to flavor and memory to what we create today.

Last Word
3/4 oz Voliere Sky Blue Liqueur
3/4 oz Voliere Gin
3/4 oz maraschino liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a brandied cherry, if desired!
Pro tip: Simple syrup is a staple ingredient in most cocktails. It's inexpensive and simple to make at home--you really don't need to pay for it ready-made from the store. Simply heat equal parts water and granulated sugar in a pan until the sugar is completely dissolved, then cool and store in the fridge for your next cocktail adventure.
You can experiment with other types of sugar to yield different results--demerara or turbinado in an Old Fashioned, honey in a hot toddy, cane sugar in daiquiri, piloncillo in a margarita, even brown sugar--the world's your oyster!)
