Moscow Mule
2 oz Voliere Vodka
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
3-4 oz ginger beer (pick your favorite!)
Add vodka, lime juice, simple syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker, and give it a good couple hard shakes. Open the tin and add your ginger beer. Strain into glass (or chilled copper mug, if you're fancy!) over ice using a Hawthorne strainer, and garnish with lime.
