2 oz Voliere light rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple or demerara syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a coupe using a Hawthorne strainer, and garnish with a thinly sliced lime wheel.
